ALL PURCHASES OF SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
super potato. Accepts returns on full priced items only, with some exceptions noted below. You must submit a request for return within 7 days of receiving the items(s), following the instructions noted below.
ITEM(S) MUST BE SENT BACK IN ORIGINAL/SALE-ABLE CONDITION. THE ITEM(S) MUST BE UNHARMED, NOT WORN, UNALTERED, AND FREE FROM ANY ODORS. ITEM(S) MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

For full priced items eligble for return, please submit a request at info@officialsuperpotato.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip, noting the items you are returning. You can drop off your package at any fedex center. We recommend you obtain a receipt of your drop off and/or note the tracking number.
You will receive an email notification once your item is received back at our los angeles distribution center.
If you prefer to ship back your item to us using a different shipping method, please be sure to send the package using a trackable shipping method with insurance to the address below:
